A multifunctional building from the 1950s. The building has been built for a telecommunications company (formerly Czech Telecom, today Cetin) and it includes both a technical part and a residential part. At present, the building is fully rented out and we are preparing an extension, including the overall reconstruction of the existing premises. The advantage is the location in the developing part of the old Hloubětín area, within walking distance to metro B - Hloubětín.
