A multifunctional building from the 1950s. The building has been built for a telecommunications company (formerly Czech Telecom, today Cetin) and it includes both a technical part and a residential part. Residential units have been sold to new owners. Non-residential units (Cetin's head office) still belong to our portfolio. We are currently preparing for a complete reconstruction.
